Trying to be in the best shape I can this year. Doing my best to get a nice set of abs. It’s going to be hell trying to maintain anything when I feel like there is no positive results showing.
I also don’t go to the gym. I go running, do push ups, crunches, sit ups, ride my bike…you know the very formal shit. And lift weights every so often.
I’m so skinny. And my appetite is so huge.
I wanna be healthy and active.
Doing this for me and no one else.
I’ve always been a night owl ever since high school. Staying up late and gaining weight are related to each other. Maybe I can work something out what days I need to be going to bed earlier. And start small.
Also needa do more squats. Guys and girls love butts. So that’s also somethin I will need to work on. When I played soccer I was always workin on dem squats in the school’s weight room.
