To see Luke Rathborne, Twin Shadow and The Strokes!!!
We made it right in the front man…legit all the way in front! When The Strokes came on that’s when things got too crazy. Still a great time nonetheless. Minus people being dicks and there not being enough room to feel, “alive”. I had a great spot until some dude fainted and people got all crazy and started shovin everybody off to the side. That’s when my body slowly drifted right smack dead in the fucking center like a sardine. haha People don’t give a shit if their elbow is striking you in your face. And they sure as hell don’t care if they’re stepping on top of you. But what can you do…That’s when I decided to leave because I couldn’t take that anymore. I rather leave with my bones the way they were when I left the house. Getting dry humped by people who smell like shit is not invigorating in any way whatsoever. lol BUT, I still love The Strokes. Had to blow out all that dirt outta my system once we got to Whataburger. That’s when I drank a bigass sweet tea!
SXSW 2011, I rate you 5 stars. Just because shit gets better every year.

As I’m checkin up on some of my favorite band’s facebooks and sxsw articles I’m finding out how many good shows I missed out on.

oh well. I had a great time. I wish SXSW was longer. It has all really flown by soo quickly.
